Ordering
Can I have a personalisation different from that shown on the original item?
Most of our items have different personalisation options you can choose from. However, if you cannot find exactly what you want, just contact us to discuss your preferences, and we will gladly try to accommodate your requests.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Do you offer German LUICID registraction?
flourish Store Gifts has now acquired a LUCID registration. All German customers are welcome to purchase from us. Please note that you are required by law to inform our packaging partner (Reclay) of the safe disposal of any packaging used by Flourish Store Gifts to deliver your order.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Returns
As most of our items are personalised, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there has been an error we have caused. If that is the case, we will offer to remake it at our own cost and send it to you. For non-personalised items, if we have made a mistake with your order, We will offer to replace or refund your order and shipping costs.
